Complimentary Hotel Stay Incentive — Refund Policy (100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

• If the recipient wishes to cancel within 60 days of activation, a full refund is provided or the destination can be switched.
• After 60 days, the incentive is final and non-refundable.
• The recipient has 18 months from the date of activation to travel.
• Once travel dates are confirmed, the booking is final: no changes allowed; cancellations or no-shows after confirmation result in forfeiture of the activation fee.

These incentives use deeply discounted promotional inventory provided by partner resorts; flexibility is limited after travel dates are secured.

Activation, Expiration & Travel Window

• Digital incentives carry a 7-day activation window from the date they are sent. The 7-day expiration applies to activation only, not to travel.
• After activation (paying the daily taxes and fees), you have 18 months to choose and complete travel.
• Activation fees are paid in U.S. dollars. Example ranges: U.S. resorts approximately $19.45–$33.60 per night; Mexico approximately $19.70 per night (subject to change).
• Reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice (Hotel Savings Card bookings may be made closer-in, including same-day, subject to availability).

Eligibility, Identification & Residency

• At least one occupant in the party must be 21 or older.
• Check-in requires a major credit card or a Visa/Mastercard/American Express bank debit card plus a valid government-issued ID.
• The traveler must reside at least 100 miles (160 km) from the destination resort, or choose a different destination.
• International travel requires a valid passport.

Room Type, Occupancy & Children

• Designed as a couples getaway: maximum 2 adults per room. Some properties may allow up to 2 additional children (age 12 or under) based on room type and bed configuration.
• Adding children may reduce the number of available hotels.
• Group travel is not allowed; only one reservation per household or known group on the same or adjoining dates.
• Upgrades for additional persons or larger suites are available at additional cost based on availability and seasonality.

Taxes, Fees & Personal Expenses

• Resort fees are paid directly to the hotel at check-in and are common at most properties.
• Example resort fees: Las Vegas $16–$38/night; Orlando $5–$12/night; Mexico $10–$14/night; Daytona $15–$20/night.
• If a resort fee applies, it is disclosed before you confirm your travel dates and property.

Usage Limits & Restrictions

• One incentive per household per 12 months from prior travel.
• The same destination, hotel, or hotel chain may not be redeemed more than once per household lifetime.
• Reservations are based on availability and are not guaranteed during major holidays or resort special events.
• Incentives may not be used for group travel, conventions, employee/staff group rewards, or commercial resale.
• Incentives are void if bartered, resold, or combined with another similar promotional offer.

• There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive. Activate online by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees associated with the destination, then choose your preferred participating resort/hotel and dates.
• The expiration date on the incentive pertains only to redemption/activation, not travel. Activate within 7 days of receiving the incentive; travel may be completed within 18 months of activation. This incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer.
• GROUP travel is NOT allowed — only one incentive per household and resort/hotel. RedeemVacations.com will only honor one incentive per family, friends, acquaintances, or known groups traveling on the same, similar, or adjoining arrival and departure dates.
• Room types are for a maximum of 2 adults; at least one occupant must be over the age of 21. Some properties may allow up to 2 additional children up to age 12 based on room type and bed configuration. Adding children typically reduces hotel options.
• The incentive is void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. It is valid for a reservation request offering resort/hotel accommodations at participating destinations provided by RedeemVacations.com. Your cost to activate and redeem includes recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees, which vary by destination. The main reservation holder must present a major credit card or Visa/Mastercard/American Express debit card plus a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
• The recipient receives the luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, valued up to $350 USD per night at retail. The recipient is responsible for airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
• All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and are not available during major holidays or resort special events. Check-in is available 7 days a week; weekends may carry a small additional surcharge.
• ACTIVATION IS FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes are allowed and cancellations after confirmation result in forfeiture of the activation fees.
• The user must reside at least 100 miles (160 km) from the destination resort or choose a different available destination.
• This incentive has no cash surrender value, is void if discontinued, and is void where prohibited by law. Terms are subject to change without notice. RedeemVacations.com reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or similar value with incentive-holder approval if required due to availability. Bed configuration and room type are subject to availability at check-in unless a paid upgrade was pre-selected.
• Do not rely upon representations other than what is printed on the incentive.
• If awarded multiple vacation incentives, you may redeem only one every 12 months per household, and a given destination may be redeemed only once per household lifetime.
