ADN Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
Program Summary
The ADN Ambassador Program rewards active ADN members who introduce new Founding VIP Members to the platform. Ambassadors participate in — and operate under — the rules of the ADN Founding Member Referral Program™.
Ambassador status is a promotional membership benefit only — it is not a job, partnership, agency relationship, investment, security, equity interest, or revenue-share arrangement.
Eligibility — Core ADN Rule
Ambassadors must, at all times:
- Be an ADN member ($25 activation + $9.99/month, locked for life for Founding VIPs).
- Maintain active membership in good standing.
- Follow the ADN Founding Member Referral Program™ policies in full.
- Honor the Core ADN Rule: no active membership = no active participation. Ambassador credits, rewards, and benefits are suspended the moment ADN membership lapses or is terminated.
Ambassador Rewards (mirror of the Referral Program)
- Refer 1 active member → earn 1 free month of ADN membership.
- Free months are capped at a maximum of 12.
- Refer 25 active Founding VIP Members → earn lifetime ADN membership (monthly fee waived going forward).
- Ambassador badge displayed in the member dashboard upon qualifying milestones (subject to change).
Conduct & Prohibited Activity
- Self-referrals are prohibited.
- Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
- Spam, deceptive messaging, false claims about ADN benefits, or impersonation of ADN are prohibited.
- Ambassadors may not present ADN as an investment, security, ownership/equity opportunity, revenue share, or profit-sharing program.
- Ambassadors may not pay referred persons in exchange for joining, or otherwise manipulate referral attribution.
Fraud & Enforcement
Fraudulent activity may result in:
- Loss of referral credits and ambassador status.
- Membership suspension.
- Account termination.
ADN operates an automated fraud-review queue. Suspicious referrals are flagged for admin review and may be revoked.
Nature of Ambassador Credits
All ambassador and referral credits:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred.
- Cannot be sold.
- May only be applied toward ADN membership fees or approved platform benefits.
ADN Rights
ADN reserves the right to:
- Verify ambassador eligibility and referral activity at any time.
- Modify ambassador rewards, milestones, or program structure.
- Suspend or terminate the ambassador program at any time.
- Suspend or terminate an ambassador's participation for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Important Compliance Notice
ADN Ambassador status and rewards do not represent:
- Investments
- Securities
- Ownership interests
- Equity interests
- Revenue sharing
- Profit participation

Agreement
By participating in the ADN Ambassador Program, the member acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms, the ADN Founding Member Referral Program™ Terms, the ADN Membership Terms, the ADN Privacy Policy, and the ADN Code of Conduct.
